Hot Air Oven

Features

  • Hot Air Ovens are intended to generate heat via blower-assisted air recirculationwithin the chamber at temperatures ranging from ambient +10°C to 150°C, 200°C,or 250°C and higher.
  • Automatic control of temperature and time.
  • Heaters are totally concealed, easy-replaceable and produce maximum reflectheat to the chamber.
  • Stainless steel inner chamber study construction with argon welding joints.
  • Safe operations for several years.
  • Built-in temperature, indication and control along with mechanical safety.

CONSTRUCTON :

  • Triple walled construction with glass wool insulation which prevents heat to outer chamber.
  • Inner chamber : Stainless steel or Mild steel with argon arc welding joints
  • Outer chamber: Mild steel/ Stainless steel.
  • Heater : Made up of Kanthol DSD U Type Stainless steel 304 grade airheater.
  • Door : Single/ Double door inner made of Stainless steel/mild steel anddoor is designed in such a way that it prevents any dust particles entering theInner chamber.

CONTROL SYSTEM:

  • Temperature : Its built-in electronic PID digital temperature controller for precisetemperature indication and control.
  • Timer : Digital pre-settable with range up to 0 to 999 Minutes/Seconds

  • Door: Swing out door with viewing aperturement also for cross checking oftemperature.
  • Insulation: High quality insulation bricks 8” to 10 “/ Ceramic wool all round. Paint: Powder Coated.
  • Muffle: Best quality refractory muffle to withstand temperature up to 1000°C.
  • Angle Iron structure with heavy gauge MS sheet covering.
